# Manage

Lolly runs on a person's device. The optional Lolly Work service adds organisation sign-in, shared projects, governed assets, reviews and server jobs. Start with [Using Lolly at your organisation](/info/start/organisation.html) for the member experience, or [Work overview](/info/operate/work-architecture.html) for the service's responsibilities.

## Set access and policy

- [Adoption and governance](/info/manage/adoption-governance.html) covers the rollout and the role of brand rules.
- [Identity and sessions](/info/manage/identity-and-sessions.html) covers sign-in and group mapping. [Permissions](/info/manage/permissions.html) explains roles, grants and the owner guard.
- [Governance](/info/manage/governance.html) covers tool overlays, locked inputs and policy. [Managed AI policy](/info/manage/managed-ai.html) covers approvals and execution limits.
- [Account lifecycle](/info/manage/account-data-controls.html) and [Data lifecycle](/info/trust/work-data-lifecycle.html) cover exports, offboarding, retention and their limits.

## Connect assets and review work

- [Design-system administration](/info/manage/design-system-administration.html) covers source inventory, reviewed changes and rollback.
- [Catalog administration](/info/manage/catalog.html) covers shared assets and exposure rules. [Provider guides](/info/manage/provider-guides.html) gives each source platform's setup and verification requirements.
- [Approvals](/info/manage/approvals.html) covers review chains and separation of duties. [Sharing](/info/manage/sharing.html) covers links and server output.
- [Invite an agent to a document](/info/build/document-agents.html) covers scoped document access, expiry and revocation. An invitation does not grant deployment or infrastructure access.

## Find the next task

[Create & use](/info/create/creators.html) contains the creative workflows and team playbooks. [Deploy & operate](/info/operate/index.html) covers installing and maintaining a server; instance configuration is separate from a person's content profile. [Trust & security](/info/trust/trust.html) explains data flows, signatures and security boundaries.
