Lolly opens and makes this format

The old format everyone knows for short looping animations. It works literally everywhere, which is its charm, but it's limited to 256 colours and only on/off transparency, so files are larger and less colourful than modern video. Lolly reads animated GIFs verbatim and can export one, with a Content Credential in its comment block.
