Lolly opens and makes this format

A still-image format with lossy and lossless coding. Lolly keeps imported originals and prepares an oriented 8-bit sRGB view for editing, including an SDR view of deeper or HDR sources. New renders encode those 8-bit pixels. Convert can also wrap an original JPEG and restore its complete bytes, including metadata, after verification. Animation and extra channels are refused. JPEG XL output does not carry signed Content Credentials.
