Lolly opens and makes this format

The favicon format, the little icon in a browser tab. One .ico bundles the same image at several small sizes so a site serves whichever fits. Lolly writes it with transparency preserved, and now reads one back too: it picks the largest image in the bundle and decodes it, whether that size was stored as a PNG or a classic BMP icon (honouring the 1-bit transparency mask).
