Lolly opens and makes this format

The plain-text spreadsheet: rows of data separated by commas that any spreadsheet app opens. Paste or drop one and a tool's repeating fields fill from it, up to 1,000 rows; export one to round-trip a tool's content back out. Lolly follows the RFC 4180 rules, so quoted fields, embedded commas and newlines all survive.
