A vector animation rather than a bitmap one: Lolly stacks vector snapshots with embedded CSS keyframes, so it scales to any size with no codec and no external runtime, and loops in a browser tab or an <img> tag. Text is outlined so it renders anywhere. Heavier per frame than a bitmap, so it uses a lower default frame rate. Carries a Content Credential in its <metadata>, like a still SVG.

Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
