An animated PNG: like a GIF, but with full colour and real transparency instead of GIF's 256-colour, on/off limits. Great for a short, high-quality looping animation that plays in any modern browser. Lolly can embed a Content Credential in it. It has no soundtrack. Lolly reads an animated PNG back in too, kept verbatim so every frame survives.

Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
