The uncompressed Windows bitmap, the lowest-common-denominator raster a legacy Windows, embedded, or clipboard consumer will take when it cannot read a PNG. Lolly writes 24-bit, or 32-bit the moment a pixel is see-through, and reads both back. It carries the Lolly pixel imprint; PNG stays the display master.
