Lolly opens and makes this format

The emerging W3C standard for design tokens - colours, type, spacing and gradients as structured JSON that design tools share. Lolly imports a DTCG document to hydrate a whole brand (palette, ramps, type) and exports its palette back out as DTCG tokens, so a brand round-trips with any tool that speaks the standard, Penpot included.

Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
