Lolly opens and makes this format

Single-file gzip compression (RFC 1952), the ubiquitous .gz. Wraps raw DEFLATE with a CRC-checked header and trailer. Lolly compresses and decompresses on-device; it is what powers .svgz and a generic 'compress this download'.

Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
