MXF
Material Exchange Format
Lolly opens this format
The broadcast and post-production container used by cameras, Avid and archives. Lolly reads the header (SMPTE 377, OP1a and OP-Atom) to find the picture codec, size, frame rate, start timecode and sound tracks, and keeps the original file as it is. It is identified, decoded by the device where available: no browser plays MXF, so Lolly says what the file holds and asks for an H.264, HEVC or AV1 copy from your editing app. It comes in but isn't a Lolly export format.
Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
