Lolly makes this format

The package format of RPM-based Linux distributions, installed with rpm, zypper or dnf. Any tool that renders SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP can wrap the render as an RPM that installs the file system-wide at a path you choose. Your brand fonts download as a font package, and the CLI builds icon, font and file packages with lolly icons and lolly pack. Built on your device, deterministic for the same input, and unsigned.

Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
