Lolly opens and makes this format
The plain-text caption file nearly every video player, editor and upload page accepts: numbered cues, each with a start and end time and its lines of text. The Captions, Audiogram and Record tools take an existing .srt through Add data, or captions made from speech on your device, and write the cues back out as .srt, so the words spoken in a clip travel beside the video as text anyone can correct.
Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
