Lolly opens and makes this format

The classic uncompressed multi-file archive (POSIX USTAR): one header per file, readable by system tar, libarchive and every standard library. Pack several assets into one download, or drop a .tar (or a gzipped .tar.gz) back in and Lolly explodes it, adding each member as its own asset.

Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
