Lolly opens and makes this format

A high-quality, uncompressed raster format favoured for archiving and handing to print or photo editors. Lolly writes a plain sRGB TIFF at your chosen DPI (transparency is flattened onto white), can also write an HDR version, and records provenance in the file's metadata. It's a desktop format: browsers can't preview it.

Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
