TTML
Timed Text Markup Language (IMSC1.1)
Lolly makes this format
The XML caption format broadcasters and streaming services deliver, written as the IMSC1.1 Text Profile with media-time clock times and one bottom-centre region. The Captions tool exports its cues as .ttml. Colour, font and position are not written, because Lolly's captions hold a start, an end and text. The engine can also read TTML1 and TTML2 files, honouring begin, end and dur on the body, div and p elements, but the Captions tool does not take a .ttml through Add data yet.
Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
