Lolly opens and makes this format

An open web video format, the one Firefox and some Chrome setups record. Quality-per-byte is excellent and it carries audio. Because the video standard hasn't settled on a home for Content Credentials in WebM yet, Lolly tucks the credential in as an attachment its own verifier (and the CLI) can read.

Most tools like this are upload sites: your file goes to their server, and ads pay the bill. Lolly runs on your device, so your file stays with you.
