The 16-bit ancestor of EMF, and still the safest vector paste for older Office builds and legacy clip-art pipelines: a placeable WMF drops into PowerPoint or Word as an editable vector picture. Lolly writes device-RGB WMF with curves flattened to fine polylines and text outlined to paths. Line-art only, so photographic regions are dropped. Export-only.
